She is also the Mother-in-Law of Dr. Z.T. Davis, Kingdom Harvest Cathedral OGC & Min. Kwan Crooms.

In 2002 Bishop Samuel Moore appointed Evangelist Della Polk, Pastor of Tabernacle of Praise Church in Houston, Texas. The Church is apart of The Original Glorious COGIC, Apostolic Faith Southeastern Diocese.
